Refund and Exchange Policy
Overview
At Minermart.ca, all sales are final unless the product is confirmed to be defective or damaged upon receipt.
Because of the nature of mining hardware and related equipment, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, market conditions, buyer’s remorse, compatibility concerns, shipping delays outside our control, or normal operational preferences.
Exchanges for Defective or Damaged Products
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order details, a description of the issue, and supporting photos or videos where applicable.
Once the issue is reviewed and confirmed by our team, we may, at our discretion:
- provide a replacement unit,
- arrange repair service,
- or offer another appropriate solution based on the product condition and warranty status.
We do not guarantee a refund for defective items. In most cases, approved claims will be handled through repair or replacement.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:
- products that are not defective,
- products that have been used, modified, misconfigured, or damaged after delivery,
- compatibility issues with the buyer’s site, power setup, network environment, cooling system, or hosting conditions,
- changes in mining profitability, market price, cryptocurrency conditions, or buyer preference,
- special-order items, clearance items, or final sale items,
- shipping charges, customs charges, duties, and other related fees once the order has been processed or shipped.
Return Authorization Required
Do not send any product back without contacting us first.
Any return or exchange request must be reviewed and approved by our team in advance. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Warranty Support
For eligible products covered by manufacturer or seller warranty, we will assist customers in accordance with the applicable warranty terms. Warranty support may include troubleshooting, repair, replacement parts, or manufacturer coordination, depending on the product and issue involved.
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, unauthorized repair, power issues, environmental conditions, immersion/cooling errors, or other external factors.
Shipping for Exchanges or Warranty Claims
If a product is confirmed to be defective and approved for exchange or warranty handling, return shipping instructions will be provided by our team.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and appropriate shipping insurance for any returned item.
We are not responsible for returned items lost or damaged during transit.
