Return & Warranty Policy

1. Brand New Products

• All brand new products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• If the product has a manufacturer defect or issue, we are happy to assist you in contacting the manufacturer for warranty support.
• Manufacturer warranty terms may vary depending on the brand.

2. Used / Refurbished Products

• All used or refurbished products come with a 7-day limited warranty from the date of delivery.
• During this period, if the product has any functional issues not caused by physical damage or misuse, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.
• After 7 days, no further warranty or service will be provided.

3. Additional Notes

• Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
• For any warranty assistance, please contact our customer service team with your order number and a description of the issue.
• Shipping costs for warranty claims may be the responsibility of the customer.
