Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your items, as well as your shipping address. We primarily use Canada Post and UPS for reliable domestic and international delivery.
How long will delivery take?
For orders within Canada, we typically require 1–2 business days to prepare your items. Once shipped, delivery generally takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.
What exactly happens after ordering?
After you place an order, our system performs a financial verification. Once cleared, our team will prepare the item(s), run necessary tests if applicable, securely pack the order, and arrange shipment.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, we do offer international shipping. Please contact sales@minermart.ca with your full shipping address, and we will provide you with a customized shipping quote.

When the order payment is taken of my bank account?
Once we receive your order, your card will first be pre-authorized. If no issues are found during our identity verification process, the payment will be captured. This process helps us prevent fraudulent transactions and protect both parties.
For cryptocurrency payments, our finance team will verify the transaction amount on the blockchain before proceeding with shipment.
What is wishlist?
A wishlist allows you to save products you're interested in for future reference. You'll be notified if these items go on sale or become part of a promotion. We also use wishlist data to help plan our inventory and restocking.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Please contact our support team immediately. If the issue is verified to be on our side, we will arrange for a return and communicate with the manufacturer on your behalf for an exchange. If the wrong item was shipped due to our mistake, we will cover the return shipping and send you the correct item at no additional cost.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please notify us before the item is shipped. For pre-orders or orders with a paid deposit, changes, cancellations, and refunds are not accepted.
How do you ensure the security of my payment?
We use payment solutions provided by Moneris, one of the world’s leading payment processors, to handle all fiat transactions securely. We do not store any customer financial information on our servers.
